Woke up a little later than usual and now getting ready to start my day. Gonna start it off with a meeting in about an hour. Been slacking off F2F the last couple of weeks. Will take the rest of the day as it comes.

My first two-day weekend since the fourth. Enjoying eight hour days (while they last).

Hi gang !
I was in holiday...yes, since last sunday.
We went in camping (my wife, my younger son and 1 friend) climbed a mountain in Gaspésie (PQ.Canada) (350 miles from here).
There was wonderfull.

Tonight is Birthday night at my home group. One of our fellows is celebrating 50 years sober tonight. Isn't it amazing how it works?

WOW !!! 50 Years that's a lot of sobriety John, 50 years ago I was 14 and just starting my drinking career.....lol
good to hear you had a good time Vincent on your holiday
Our Grand daughter Stephanie has just left Calgary so she will be here about 5PM , big adventure for her to come down by herself
